Porcupine Meatballs


INGREDIENTS 1 lb Ground Beef 2 cups Cauliflower Rice. ..uncooked 1/2 cup Coconut Milk 1 small Onion. ...chopped 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Celery Salt 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh Ground Pepper to taste 2 tbs Bacon Fat. .. or fat of choice 2 cups Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup Bone Broth 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic and pepper. Form into a dozen medium balls. Fry in melted fat. .. turning frequently until lightly browned on all sides. Add tomato sauce, broth, and worcestershire. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with your favorite noodles.
