Sweet with Heat Bacon Wrapped Chicken

INGREDIENTS 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts…cut in half lengthwise 1 lb Bacon 2 tsp Chili Powder 2 tsp Cumin 2 tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper ¼ cup Honey 1 tbs Franks Red Hot Sauce Preheat 425 In one bowl, mix hot sauce and honey, set aside. Combine remaining spices together. Place a wire rack onto baking sheet. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of spices evenly on each side of breast, and wrap with 2 slices of bacon. Place your chicken onto the wire rack and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. If you want your bacon crispier, you can place under the broiler for a minute. Drizzle hot sauce onto chicken before serving or serve on the side for dipping.
