Chicken Bone Broth

INGREDIENTS 2 4-5 lb Chicken Carcass 1.5 lb Chicken Paws 2 cups Celery. .. chopped 1 lb Baby Carrots 2 lg Onions... quartered 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbs Chicken Seasoning 2 tbs Parsley 2 tbs Celery Salt 1 tbs Rosemary 1 tbs Thyme 12 Peppercorns 3 Bay Leafs (Or you can use your own spices. .. I'm always switching them up) Roast chicken paws at 425 until crispy golden brown. .. about 25 minutes. Add all ingredients in crockpot and set on LOW for 24-48 hours. The longer it cooks the darker and more flavorful it will get. Place colander over large bowl and strain. You can use a cheesecloth inside of colander if you do not wish to have spice bits in your broth. This bone broth almost always gels for me.
