INGREDIENTS 2 lbs Shrimp. .. peeled and deveined 3 cloves Garlic. .. minced 1 tbs Coconut Oil 1 tbs Butter 2 tsp Tapioca Flour 1/2 cup freshly squeezed OJ (about 2 oranges) 2 tbs fresh Basil. .. minced 1/2 tsp Salt Saute shrimp and garlic in oil and butter for about 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Whisk tapioca flour and juice until smooth... sir in Basil and salt. Slowly stir into skillet. .. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve over cauliflower rice. .. your favorite noodles or top a salad.
