Spicy Coconut Crusted Salmon (Primal)

INGREDIENTS 2 lb Salmon 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/8 tsp Cayenne 1 tbs Coconut Flour 1 tbs Fresh Parsley 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper Preheat 400 In one bowl mix mayo, cheese and Cayenne until well blended. In another bowl mix coconut flour, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Place fish in greased baking dish. Brush on mayo mixture and lightly coat with coconut mixture. Bake fish uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with fork.
