Super Moist and Tasty Banana Nut Muffins

INGREDIENTS 4 ripe bananas 6 eggs...well beaten 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup 1/3 cup coconut oil...melted 1/2 Tbsp vanilla 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp apple pie spice 1/2 tsp salt chopped pecans or any nut you choose can also add chocolate chips if desired Preheat oven 350 Mix first 5 ingredients together with hand mixer. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended and then add to wet ingredients. Stir to make batter. Pour into greased/lined cupcake tins and bake 25 minutes.
