Bacon Wrapped Bananas with Salted Chocolate Drizzle

INGREDIENTS 2 Ripe Bananas. .. each cut into four pieces 2 slices Bacon. .. each cut into four pieces 1 tbs Bacon Fat Sea Salt Place a napkin or two onto a plate and set aside. Wrap bacon around bananas and secure with toothpicks. Melt bacon fat in skillet and carefully add bananas. Cook about 2 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Remove bananas from pan and set on plated napkin cool. Melt chocolate chips. (I added a tiny bit of bacon fat to mine) Drizzle over bananas and sprinkle with salt.
