Crispy Baked Asian Drumsticks

INGREDIENTS 3 lbs Drumsticks 1/4 cup Honey 1/4 cup Water 2 tbs Coconut Aminos 2 tbs Olive Oil 1/2 tbs Salt 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper 3 Garlic Cloves. .. pressed 1 2 in piece of Ginger. .. minced PREHEAT 400 In a small sauce pan combine honey, water, aminos, garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve honey. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 8 minutes. Strain and refrigerate to let thicken. Set a wire rack on top of baking sheet. In a large bowl mix drumsticks with oil, salt and pepper. Place wings on wire rack and bake until cooked through and crispy, about 45 minutes. Flip wings half way through for an even crisp. Remove wings from oven and baste with refrigerated glaze. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5~10 minutes, basting once more half way through.
