INGREDIENTS 2 lg Chicken Breasts 1/2 lb Bacon... chopped 8 oz Fresh Mushrooms. .. sliced thin 1/2 cup Marsala Wine 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 1/4 cup Bacon Grease 2 tbs Butter... melted 2 tsp Tapioca Flour Salt & Pepper to taste Fresh Parsley for garnish Slice breasts lengthwise into thirds so you have six cutlets. In a large skillet brown the bacon and remove with slotted spoon, setting aside. Dump flour onto plate and season with salt and pepper, mix well.
