Bacon Wrapped Scallops

INGREDIENTS 1 lb Sea Scallops 1 lb Uncured Bacon 2 Garlic Cloves...pressed 4 Tbsp Butter 1/3 Cup Bone Broth...Chicken Dash of Cayenne Pepper...or more for added heat Cut bacon strips in half. Gently rinse scallops to remove any sand. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place on baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 5 inches away from flame…3-5 minutes per side depending on size of scallops. In a small skillet… melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant…about 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil for a minute two. If using cayenne…add it now. Serve scallops hot and drizzle with broth.
