Carrot Cake Muffins

INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cup Almond Flour ¼ cup Coconut Flour 2 tsp Cinnamon ½ tsp Allspice ¼ tsp Cloves 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 4 Eggs…whisked 2 Bananas…mashed ¼ cup Coconut Oil…melted ½ cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla 1 lb Baby Carrots…grated ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 1 cup Raisins PREHEAT 350 In a large bowl mix dry ingredients together (first 8 ingredients). In a separate bowl, with a hand mixer… blend wet ingredients together . Once well blended...add the carrots, coconuts and raisins and mix well with spoon. Combine both bowls and stir until ingredients are well blended. Bake in cupcake tins for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
