Ingredients 4 lg Chops...about an inch thick 1 cup Almond Flour 4 tbs Dijon 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Olive Oil for 'frying' Preheat 350 In a large bowl mix almond flour, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush Dijon onto both sides of chops and lightly coat with almond flour mixture. In a large oven-proof skillet cook chops 5 minutes each side. Finish off in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through. (temp. 160)
