INGREDIENTS 1.5 lb Ground Beef 1 28oz can Crushed Tomatoes 1 14oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes 1 Cauliflower Head 1 Green Bell Pepper…chopped 1 Red Bell Pepper…chopped 3 Celery Stalks…sliced 2 Onions…chopped 3 Garlic Cloves…minced 2 tbs Coconut Oil 2 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Paprika ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes Salt and Pepper Heat oil in a large stock pot. Saute peppers, onions and celery with salt and pepper until tender. Add beef, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes to the pot and cook until meat is browned, about 5 minutes. Next add your tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, steam cauliflower for 3-5 minutes or just until fork tender. Not too soft, you want a macaroni type of bite. Stir cauliflower into the pot and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
