Renee's Mayonnaise 2 Cups Olive Oil 2 Eggs...room temperature 1 tbs Coconut Vinegar 2 tsp Mustard 1 tsp Honey 1 tsp Salt Combine eggs, vinegar, mustard, honey and salt with immersion blender. Slowly add oil while blender is running, mixing until a mayonnaise has formed and ingredients are well blended. Store in fridge.
