Sausage Stuffed Shrooms with Honey Balsamic Drizzle.jpg

INGREDIENTS 1 lb Sausage ½ lb Bacon…chopped 12-24 Large Fresh Mushrooms 1 Tbsp Rosemary 1 Tbsp Thyme 2 Tbs Butter…melted ¼ cup Honey 2 tsp Dijon 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar PREHEAT 450 Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems and set aside. Place mushrooms in a greased 9x13 dish. Fry bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside. Brown your sausage with rosemary and thyme until cooked and no longer pink…strain from any grease. Add bacon and chopped stems to pan with sausage and stir to mix. Baste mushrooms with butter and fill with sausage mixture. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes. While mushrooms are in the oven…in a small bowl mix together honey, dijon and vinegar. Drizzle over mushrooms.
