INGREDIENTS 5 lbs Chicken Wings 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce 3 tbs Coconut Oil...melted 2 tbs Ghee or Butter 1 tbs Dijon 2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Cayenne Let chicken sit on the counter for an hour before making wings. This will help keep the oil from solidifying. PREHEAT 450 Cut the wings into 3 sections, discarding the tips. Place the wings and drums into a large bowl. Add garlic powder, cayenne and coconut oil to the bowl and mix until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated. On a baking sheet, place wings and drums with skin sides up and bake on center rack for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, warm the Franks, ghee/butter and dijon over low heat, stirring frequently until butter is melted. Toss wings with sauce as soon as they come out of the oven and serve.
