Asian Meatballs with Sesame Lime Dipping Sauce

FOR BALLS 2 lb Ground Beef 4 oz Mushrooms…minced 6 Scallions…sliced thin 1 lg Egg ¼ cup Fresh Parsley…chopped 2 tbs Fresh Ginger …minced 2 Garlic Cloves…minced 2 tbs Coconut Aminos 1 tbs Sesame Oil 1 tbs Fish Sauce
FOR DIPPING SAUCE 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos 1 tbs Sesame Oil 1 tbs Fish Sauce 2 Scallions…sliced thin Juice of 1 Lime Sesame Seeds (optional)
PREHEAT 450 In a large bowl, mix all of the meatball ingredients until well combined. Shape into 2 inch balls and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, make your sauce by whisking all ingredients together. Garnish with seeds.
Serve meatballs with sauce on the side for dipping.
