Maple Glazed Jalapeno Burgers w/Spicy Ranch Sauce

Wow! I had a fantastic weekend! First night out after completing my Whole100 was a blast. My bestie and I met up with a girlfriend we haven't seen in 20 years. It was a night full of laughs and plenty of tequila! That's me in the middle....hi!

I love a big juicy burger, especially the day after drinking! So after sleeping the morning away, BIG thanks to my darling husband Keith, I whipped up this bad boy! You're gonna wanna try this jazzed up hunk of beef....enjoy!

Maple Glazed Jalapeno Burgers w/Spicy Ranch Sauce BURGERS 1 lb Ground Beef ½ lb Bacon...chopped ¼ cup Red Onion...chopped 1 Jalapeno…diced (ribs and seeds removed) 1 tbs Liquid Smoke 2 cloves garlic…minced GLAZE 1/3 cup Maple Syrup 2 tbs Butter...melted 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbs Franks Red Hot 1 tsp Instant Coffee SPICY RANCH SAUCE ½ cup Coconut Milk…refrigerated 24 hours (using solid cream only) ½ cup Mayo 1 Jalapeno…diced ¼ cup green Onion…sliced thin 1/8 cup fresh Cilantro 3 tbs Lime Juice 1/8 tsp Cayenne MAKE SAUCE Combine mayo, coconut milk, lime juice and cayenne until well blended and creamy. Stir in cilantro, green onion and jalapeno. Keep cold in fridge.

MAKE GLAZE Combine all ingredients together...mix well. MAKE BURGERS Fry bacon until crispy…remove with slotted spoon onto napkin and set aside. Drain all but a tablespoon of grease from pan and toss in the jalapeno, onion and garlic…season with salt and pepper. Saute until heated through and soft…about 3 minutes. In a large bowl mix your beef with cooked bacon, liquid smoke, and jalapeno mixture. Shape into 4 patties and grill, basting with glaze, until internal temp 160 or done to your liking. Add on your favorite toppings with a dollop of Spicy Ranch Sauce.
