1 lb Flank Steak...cut into thin strips (against the grain) 1 Red Bell...sliced 8 oz. Green Beans...ends cut 3 Scallions...sliced thin 2 Shallots...minced 2 lg Garlic Cloves...minced 1 inch chunk Fresh Ginger...minced 3 tbs Fish Sauce 3 tbs Coconut Aminos 2 tbs White Wine 2 tbs Coconut Oil 1 tsp. Mix coconut aminos, fish sauce and wine with 1/4 cup of water and set aside.

Melt 1 tbs of coconut oil in a wok over high heat, and add beef. Cook for 2 minutes or just until browned. (You do not want to over cook the beef) Remove meat with the juices from wok and set aside.

Add remaining coconut oil to the wok along with the peppers and green beans. Cook for 2 minutes, or until veggies slightly soften, stirring frequently.

Add shallots, garlic ginger and fish sauce mixture to the wok. Cook stirring often for another 5 minutes.

Return beef with its juices to the wok, add scallions and stir for another minute, until beef is heated through.

Remove wok from heat and stir in the sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice/cauli-rice.
