Sweet And Spicy Pineapple Slaw

INGREDIENTS 6 Cups Coleslaw Mix 1/2 cup Red Onion...chopped 1/2 cup Celery...chopped 1/2 cup Green Bell...chopped 1/4 cup Jalapeno Pepper...chopped 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple...chopped 3 tbsp Coconut Vinegar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, pineapple, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix until slaw is coated with dressing. Chill before serving.
