Cauli-Mac Salad


INGREDIENTS 1 Cauliflower Head...chopped into macaroni size pieces 6 Hard Boiled Eggs...chopped (with or without yolks) 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper...diced 1/2 cup Cucumber...diced 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper...diced 1/4 cup Onion...diced 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 tbs Celery Salt Steam cauliflower just until fork tender...place into a strainer and run through cold water to cool and stop the cooking process. Set aside to dry. Mix your mayonnaise and celery salt. Add cauliflower, veggies and mayonnaise in large bowl, mix well and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
