Shrimp Fried Cauli-Rice

INGREDIENTS 1 Cauliflower Head…riced 2 lbs Shrimp…peeled and deveined 2 Carrots…peeled and grated 1 medium Onion…diced ½ cup Frozen Peas ½ cup Coconut Aminos 3 Garlic Cloves…minced 2 green Onions…sliced 2 tbs Coconut Oil 2 tbs Sesame Oil 2 tbs Fish Sauce 2 tbs Freeze Dried Ginger 1 tsp White Pepper Whisk together coconut aminos, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger and white pepper…set aside. Heat coconut oil in a wok and add shrimp, cook for about 2-3 minutes, until pink. Remove shrimp from wok and set aside. Add garlic and onion to the wok and cook until onions are translucent. Stir in carrots and peas. Cook until veggies are tender… about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower rice, green onions and coconut amino mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through. Add shrimp, stir and serve immediately.
