Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Bacon.jpg

INGREDIENTS 3 lbs Brussels Sprouts 3 Pink Lady Apples 1 lb Bacon... chopped 1 tbs Bacon Fat... or fat of choice Heat oven 450 Remove bottoms of Sprouts and cut in half lengthwise. Combine all ingredients in large roasting pan. Roast 30~40 minutes or until crisp golden brown... stirring occasionally.
