Ingredients 1.5 lb Brussels Sprouts...trimmed and halved 6 Lg Carrots...peeled, chopped (1-2in. long) and halved 2 Cups Red Seedless Grapes...halved 1/2 Cup Scallions...sliced 2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary 2 Cloves Garlic...minced 4 Tbsp Bacon Grease (or your fat of choice) Salt and Pepper to taste Preheat 450 Mix all ingredients in large roasting pan. Roast 30 minutes or until veggies are browned and crispy...make sure to stir once or twice for even cooking.
