Broccoli Bites

Ingredients 2 cups frozen Broccoli Florets 1 cup Almond Flour 2 Egg Whites 1 tbs Coconut Milk 2 tbs Butter... melted 1 tbs Italian Seasoning 1 tsp Salt Marinara for dipping PRIMAL OPTION 2 tbs Grated Parmesan Preheat 400 Grease baking pan (I use ghee) Mix almond flour, Italian seasoning, salt (and if your using parmesan) in bowl. In another bowl whisk egg whites and coconut milk until well blended. Dunk florets into egg mixture and then into almond flour mixture. .. coating evenly. Place onto baking pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 20 minutes and serve with marinara.
